So it turns out that luckily my achilles seems fine and I was able to keep up with my training through the weekend...boot camp Saturday & Monday morning and a 5 mile run with the stroller on Sunday. I think my the root of the achilles pain was wearing heels to work and not even the running so that will teach me to try to be fashionable.
